Ship Your Products
Once we connect and outline what you're looking on getting done, you can then get ready to ship us your items. Just make sure you provide us with tracking information.
Receive & Review
Once the goods are in the studio, we will then add it to the studio schedule so it can be ready to be shot. The day of the shoot, we will review the references you provided.
Deliver Your Photos
Once your images are done and edited, we'll upload them to our server and send a link where you can download and preview the images. They'll be ready for usage!

We charge per photo, not per item, in order to be competitive and deliver outstanding results. So, if you send us one item and you need 4 images, the cost will be for four shots.
We offer a free trial period of up to 3 items so that you can see how our service works and ensure that it is right for your business before committing to anything.

The total price will be based on several factors, such as how many items you need photographed and how many images you need per item. We also offer a range of add-ons and rush services.

Once we know all the details of your order, we will generate an invoice. An ID number will be assigned to you with a date. We will send you a payment link to your desired email on file. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Zelle and Cash-app.

Yes, there is. The more items you need photographed per week or month, the cheaper it becomes per item. We want to reward our top tier clients by placing them in our system as first priority clients, which means you get your projects photographed, edited and delivered faster than our other projects. Becoming a top tier client also means you enjoy the perks of getting real time edits and updates within 24-48 hours.

When you’re satisfied with the images we’ve created for your products, we’ll send them back to you.
We hang on to them for a couple days, just in case you request a revision or would like to change something. Once completed and you’re happy with the final pictures, we then pack and ship them back to you, we can either add this to the invoice or you can send us the postage label.

Most projects are completed within 1-2 weeks, but we also offer 48-72hr turnaround time. This is available for e-commerce images only. Lifestyle photos can be done in 5 days with a rush delivery option.
